H.O.M.E.S., Inc. and Access To Employment provides quality services to assist individuals in achieving their goals to live and work in the community. Our company was founded in 1972, and we continually adapt services to meet the changing needs of the individuals we serve. We currently offer a variety of community-based residential and vocational services in northern and metropolitan Minnesota to adults with developmental disabilities and other barriers. Our employees come to us from a wide range of backgrounds, ranging from no experience to advanced degrees and years of experience.
