HLT, Inc. is a development stage company, founded in Minnesota in 1992. We are designing a transcatheter heart valve intended for the treatment of aortic valve disease. Our procedure is expected to be performed by an interventional cardiologist in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, and will be both less invasive and less costly than an open heart valve replacement procedure. The HLT system consists of a catheter-based delivery system and a heart valve. The company currently employs approximately 65 people in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
