Jim Johnson, founder and owner of Tender Loving Care Companions, is a 38-year veteran of the healthcare industry. His passion for companion care was awakened when Jim needed to arrange in-home services for his parents. Working with a companion firm in Florida, Jim observed first-hand the excellent care and best practices that his parents received. Jim and the firm’s owner became friends, and in the subsequent years she has provided valuable insight into the needs of a vastly underserved market. His background, and the knowledge gained from managing his parents’ care, has resulted in the formation of TLC Companions.
