We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sourcing Manager II to join our team, specializing in Indirect Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization initiatives within the indirect spend categories. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sourcing strategies, drive operational efficiencies, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for corporate indirect spend categories such as IT, Logistics, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities, market trends, and potential suppliers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing initiatives, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, establish sourcing priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to drive continuous improvement, mitigate risks, and optimize value delivery
  • Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives through supplier consolidation, demand management, and other efficiency measures
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including savings achievements, supplier performance, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to continuously enhance sourcing capabilities and deliver innovative solutions
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 Years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on indirect spend categories.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and technologies, such as eSourcing platforms, spend analytics, and contract management systems.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
